Personal Travel Insurance

It is a Condition of Booking that you have Comprehensive travel Insurance. Mamaland Safaris has it’s own Insurance, but you must ensure whatever policy you have has been designed to adventure travel and will cover you for personal accident, Medical, and repatriation costs, and loss, damage or theft of personal belongings.

Responsibility Of the Company

-It is the Company’s Responsibility to arrange suitable transport, Accomodation during your Stay with us; but Mamaland Safaris cannot be held responsible for any type of food/drinks taken in the Hotels.

-It is the Company’s Responsibility to give proper advice on places to be visited.

-It is the Company’s’ Responsibility to Safe guard the client’s belongings if they are in our sight.

">-It is the Company’s Responsibility to remind and keep time on certain activities during your trip.

-It is the Company’s responsibility to call off an activity in case of an un fore seen circumstance.

Responsibility of the Client

-It is the client’s responsibility to arrange suitable adventure travel insurance with benefits that cover personal accident, medical expenses, repatriation, loss and damage to personal effects.

-It is the client’s responsibility to seek professional Medical advice before traveling and to take all necessary health measures.

-It is the Clients responsibility to check the itinerary dates, permits and tickets and notify the company immediately if they’re any mistakes.

-Clients must at all times obey the laws and customs of all places they visit.

-Clients must follow the Tour joining instructions issued to them.

-Clients must ensure that they keep their valuable belongings with them at all times.
