Day by day itinerary:
Meet your guide and start off early from Kampala for your gorilla trekking adventure. Be prepared for a long day in the car (the journey takes around nine hours). Along the way you will make a stop by the equator for some photos and have lunch in Masaka or Mbarara depending on the time. Continue on to to Bwindi mountain Gorillas through the neck of the impenetrable forest enjoying stunning views.
Overnight in Gorilla mist camp
Bwindi Impenetrable National Park is the home to the forest giants that are cousins to human beings, the gorillas. Have an early breakfast before setting off for your gorilla trekking adventure with a specialized guide. Besides the gorillas this Impenetrable Forest is full of birds, butterflies and plant species plus forest hog, forest elephants, statungas and dikers. Enjoy the walk through the forest and spend one hour around the gorillas. After the gorilla trek your guide picks you and you make the journey to the lodge by the Ishasha sector of Queen Elizabeth national park. The Ishasha sector is known for its tree-climbing lions, a behavior that these big cats only have in a few places.

In the early morning we head in to Ishasha to search for tree-climbing lions in the fig-trees, but also to see buffaloes, elephants, topis and more. Our journey then continues with the exciting drive to the main part of Queen Elizabeth NP with chance of seeing baboons and other monkeys along the way.After lunch we head for a classic highlight of the 3pm 2hrs Boat cruise on the famous Kazinga channel, a 36kms channel linking Lake George to Lake Edward. From the boat you can spot land and water adapted Hippopotamuses yawning and some slashing canines to each other, the National Geographical society killing machine the Nile Crocodile gaping along the banks, savannah version of Pigs the Warthog- Pumba of the award winning Lion King are a hallmark sign in this animal home as well as many different birds.

After breakfast we leave the lodge and drive over to Kalinzu Forest. Here you enter the forest in a group with a specialized guide to experience a jungle walk and search for chimpanzees. After the trek you continue on the journey to Kampala/Entebbe. Have lunch along the way. Get back to Kampala/Entebbe in the late afternoon.

The accommodation can be adapted to your price range of budget, mid-range or luxury. Of course a mix is also possible.
